Kyiv-Mohyla Academy exchange students at UofT with The Ukrainian Canadian Students’ Union (SUSK) are honoured to invite you to the Reception of Unissued Diplomas and Panel Discussion in Toronto, which is also presented simultaneously in more than 50 cities worldwide.

Unissued Diplomas is a student-led exhibition held in more than 45 universities worldwide from February 24 through March 11, uncovering the stories of 36 Ukrainian students who lost their lives in war. This project wasn’t possible without the support of the Memorial memory platform that gathers and publishes information about Ukrainian civilian and military war casualties.

Unissued Diplomas Reception and Panel Discussion aims to share the culmination of the Unissued Diplomas project and will give you the opportunity for a more in-depth discussion of the current situation in Ukraine and its national identity.
You will be able to meet with students from Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, UofT students and faculty members, the Ukrainian Canadian community & allies.Our event will include the following:
The Unissued Diplomas art exhibit located at SVI
Panel discussion on Ukraine – topic TBA
Access to the “Traces of War” art exhibit located at SVI
Ukrainian merch shop
Admission is free, but we encourage donations towards the initiative “Students for Student-Defenders” organized with Second Front UA.
