How to apply

To apply for residency, students are required to fill out the Application for Admission to Residence form (below). You may complete it, save it, and submit it via email, or download it to print and submit by mail. A $1,000 room deposit must accompany the application, and should be mailed immediately. Your application will not be fully processed without the receipt of the room deposit. Your tentative application will reserve a room for one week.

St. Vladimir Institute will send you the Student Resident Handbook and Agreement for Accommodation for your signature. The application will be finalized on receipt of this signed form.

The form will be used by St. Vladimir Institute for resident application purposes only. At all times we will maintain confidentiality and protect your information.
