On Nov. 16th and 18th, Oksana Lyniv will conduct the Toronto Symphony Orchestra in Dvořák’s Symphony No. 8. OKSANA LYNIV has broken many glass ceilings including being the first female conductor and Ukrainian asked to open the esteemed Bayreuth Festival in Germany in 2021.
The program includes 2022 Honens Piano Competition Laureate, ILLIA OVCHARENKO, performing Liszt’s First Piano Concerto and the Canadian Première of composer ZOLTAN ALMASHI'S Maria’s City, dedicated to the city of Mariupol.
